Site Labourer
Work ethic, ability to learn, physically capable. Site labourers will get ready the houses for possession. Opportunity to operate machinery, learn tools and how to work efficiently. These are skills that will follow you throughout future careers.
Site Skilled Labourer
Above plus Site experience with a trade, knows the tools and has some general renovation type skills. Skilled labourer will be asked to do more, think more and work hand in hand with site supervisor. The skilled labourer must not be afraid of doing at times the labourers’ tasks.
This is outside work…. outside it is cold, hot, wet, and dirty, the ground is rough and by nature we are direct in our conversations! We arrive on time and work hard and take pride on what we accomplished every day. Attitude and work ethic are your most valuable assets.
Successful candidates will have:
- Valid drivers’ license with reliable vehicle or the ability to get to work on time every day.
- Strong work Ethic and demonstrate the ability to think for themselves and go beyond what is asked.
- The resilience to put in time until you become a valuable member of our team.
- Coach-able….desire to learn and grow in this incredible industry.
